Education Environment
The Elite’s is composed of both trained and experienced teachers, all highly motivated to contribute to the school’s positive environment. The teachers are well cognizant of the student’s need for encouragement, acceptance of their individual level of development and for the respect and freedom of expression of their ideas. The building of the student’s self esteem and confidence is a priority for this faculty.

EXAMINATIONS

The school conducts three terminal exams and monthly progress tests during the academic year. Failure to attend the school for the test will result in no rank being awarded and request for conducting the tests before or after the said dates will not be entertained.

ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY

Student of the Elite’s Co-ed should maintain strict punctuality. The gates will be closed at 8.45 a.m. Attending the morning assembly is an important part of daily school activity. Students failing to reach school on time for the morning assembly continuously will send back home. 95% attendance is compulsory for each term. A child with 100% attendance will be awarded certificate. If the attendance is below the required percentage the child may not be promoted to the next class.

ABSENCE DURING TERM

Parents and guardians must appreciate that absence during terms is not in the student’s best interest. They are asked not to apply for leave if it can possibly be avoided. They should not wait for the exams to finish and immediately take their children away a child is expected to participate in different activities to develop an all round personality and not brace only academics. Parents must submit all promotion of their wards could be affected.

PARENTS PARTICIPATION

The Elite’s Co-ed school welcomes a close relationship between the teachers and the Parents/ Guardians. All Parents/Guardians meet the teachers quarterly during the result giving day as well as through organized event for major discussions and review of the students progress as and when necessary. Communication with and by Parents is strongly encouraged and Parents are welcome to contact the administration to arrange for a meeting whenever required. UNIFORM Every child must be dressed in full uniform for the day. They must present a neat clean and tidy appearance. Nails must be trimmed, shoes polished and hair combed. Sunday- Thursday-school Uniform Friday- House Uniform During winter months blazer is compulsory for students from Nursery to class X. Please remember that sloppily or incompletely dressed children may be returned home. All students of Elite’s are expected to bathe daily and wear fresh, washed and ironed uniform. Children who are officials must wear their house badge on all working days. If the hair cut is not as expected the school take the liberty to do the needful. The school will not be held responsible if the religious sentiments of different sects are hurt.

WITHDRAWALS

At least two months’ written notice is required in the class of withdrawals in order to receive refund of security deposit which will be refund only at the end of the academic year. Without a written notice no refund will be entertained. All notices are to be handed in to the Bursar. OFFICE TIMINGS 9:00 am to 3:00 pm from Sunday to Friday. During the winter break the office will remain closed. Parents/Guardians may meet the principal or Hostel In –Charge only from11:00 are to 2:00 pm. All Parents are allowed to meet the class/subject teachers with prior permission from principal.
